INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 5 (5-6″ flour tortillas)
  • ¼ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a pan, brown pork. Add bbq sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Mix together flour and water until a paste forms.
  3. Fill tortillas with pork mix on one half of the tortilla.
  4. On that same half, smear the paste around the edges.
  5. Fold the tortilla and push together the edges to seal and use a fork to press together the edges further.
  6. Spray both sides lightly with cooking spray. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes on each side. Or, brown in a pan.
