INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 5 (5-6″ flour tortillas)
- ¼ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a pan, brown pork. Add bbq sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Mix together flour and water until a paste forms.
- Fill tortillas with pork mix on one half of the tortilla.
- On that same half, smear the paste around the edges.
- Fold the tortilla and push together the edges to seal and use a fork to press together the edges further.
- Spray both sides lightly with cooking spray. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes on each side. Or, brown in a pan.
