INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 cloves garlic – sliced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary – stems removed
  • 1.5 Tbsp olive oil
  • Paprika, salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup feta crumbles
  • ¼ red onion – thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven at 425.
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets.
  3. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
  4. Place cauliflower on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and tender.
  6. Serve with feta crumbles and red onion.
