INGREDIENTS:
- 16 oz frozen tortellini
- 15 oz alfredo sauce
- ½ cup water
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place tortellini in a medium baking dish.
- Mix alfredo sauce with water in a bowl and pour it over the tortellini (try to cover as much of tortellini as possible).
- Top with mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
- While the tortellini bakes, cook the bacon and cut into ½ inch pieces.
- Once tortellini is done baking, taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Top with bacon and chopped parsley.
