INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic – minced
  • ½ cup parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic reduction
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Spread out the asparagus into a single layer, followed by tomatoes, garlic, and more cooking spray.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with parmesan.
  6. Roast for 15 minutes and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
