INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bundle of asparagus
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic – minced
- ½ cup parmesan
- 1 Tbsp balsamic reduction
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Spread out the asparagus into a single layer, followed by tomatoes, garlic, and more cooking spray.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with parmesan.
- Roast for 15 minutes and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
