INGREDIENTS:
- Stewed Apples Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup peeled and diced apples
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- Chia Pudding Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cup oat milk
- ¼ cup oats
- ¼ cup chia
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- Chopped pecans for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix together all Stewed Apples Ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or until soft.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Chia Pudding Ingredients. Cover and refrigerate both bowls for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, layer chia pudding with stewed apples and finish with chopped pecans when serving.
