INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ricotta
- 4 Tbsp coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 cup raspberries – mashed
- Crushed graham crackers for topping
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine top 4 ingredients and mix.
- In a cup, layer ricotta mix with mashed raspberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Top with graham crackers when serving.
