INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup cashew butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 6 Tbsp vanilla protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine cashew butter, maple syrup and ¼ tsp cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined (use your hands if needed).
  5. On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, form 6 cookies.
  6. Bake for 7-9 minutes.
