INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ¼ cup cream
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 235g truffle potato chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Bring cream and water to a boil in a medium pot.
  2. Add truffle potato chips. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 12-15 – stirring regularly.
  3. If needed, use a potato masher to smooth out the mixture and serve.
