INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ¼ cup cream
- 1 ¼ cup water
- 235g truffle potato chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bring cream and water to a boil in a medium pot.
- Add truffle potato chips. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 12-15 – stirring regularly.
- If needed, use a potato masher to smooth out the mixture and serve.
