Truffle Mashed Potato Chips

INGREDIENTS:

1 ¼ cup cream
1 ¼ cup water
235g truffle potato chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring cream and water to a boil in a medium pot.
Add truffle potato chips. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 12-15 – stirring regularly.
If needed, use a potato masher to smooth out the mixture and serve.
