INGREDIENTS:

– 1 can of crescent rolls

– 1 ½ cups of small-diced apples

– ½ cup of honey

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

– Optional: ¼ cup brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut the dough into 24 pieces (3 horizontal cuts, 5 vertical cuts).

2. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

3. Mix diced apples, honey and cinnamon in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave for 30 second increments until soft – stirring after each increment.

4. Place dough into each slot and press it to the bottom and sides.

4. Top each dough with apple mix and brown sugar (optional).

5. Bake at 375 for 13 minutes.
