INGREDIENTS:

  • Stewed Apples Ingredients:
    • 3/4 cup peeled and diced apples
    • ½ tsp cinnamon
    • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Chia Pudding Ingredients:
    • 1 ¼ cup oat milk
    • ¼ cup oats
    • ¼ cup chia
    • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
    • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • Chopped pecans for serving

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix together all Stewed Apples Ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or until soft.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all Chia Pudding Ingredients. Cover and refrigerate both bowls for at least 2 hours.
  3. Once set, layer chia pudding with stewed apples and finish with chopped pecans when serving.
