INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 oz frozen tortellini
  • 15 oz alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place tortellini in a medium baking dish.
  3. Mix alfredo sauce with water in a bowl and pour it over the tortellini (try to cover as much of tortellini as possible).
  4. Top with mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
  6. While the tortellini bakes, cook the bacon and cut into ½ inch pieces.
  7. Once tortellini is done baking, taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Top with bacon and chopped parsley.
