INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1 egg – scrambled
  • 3 Tbsp shredded cheese
  • Your favorite breakfast toppings

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle cheese all around the pan. Let it sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in scrambled egg and swirl it around until the bottom of the pan is covered. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place tortilla on top and keep an eye on the edges to see when the egg is done cooking.
  5. Flip and add your favorite toppings to one side.
  6. Heat until the tortilla is crispy to your liking. Then use a spatula to fold the quesadilla in half and serve.
