INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
- 8 oz mascarpone
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp espresso
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- Cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix together mascarpone, heavy whipping cream and sugar in a bowl.
- In two small cups (or 1 large one), layer graham crackers, followed by espresso, and mascarpone mix – repeat the layers until full.
- Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and refrigerate for 3+ hours.
