INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
  • 8 oz mascarpone
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp espresso
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • Cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix together mascarpone, heavy whipping cream and sugar in a bowl.
  2. In two small cups (or 1 large one), layer graham crackers, followed by espresso, and mascarpone mix – repeat the layers until full.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and refrigerate for 3+ hours.
