INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 4 cloves garlic – sliced
- 2 sprigs rosemary – stems removed
- 1.5 Tbsp olive oil
- Paprika, salt and pepper
- ¼ cup feta crumbles
- ¼ red onion – thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven at 425.
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
- Place cauliflower on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and tender.
- Serve with feta crumbles and red onion.
