INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup macaroni
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup marinara
- 2 Tbsp shredded mozzarella
- 2-4 pepperonis – cut into small pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine macaroni and water in a large microwave-safe mug (it should fill up only 1/3 of the mug).
- Stir and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Check the texture of the pasta then microwave for additional 1-minute increments until al dente, adding more water if needed.
- Add tomato sauce and mix. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
