INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup macaroni
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup marinara
  • 2 Tbsp shredded mozzarella
  • 2-4 pepperonis – cut into small pieces

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine macaroni and water in a large microwave-safe mug (it should fill up only 1/3 of the mug).
  2. Stir and microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Check the texture of the pasta then microwave for additional 1-minute increments until al dente, adding more water if needed.
  4. Add tomato sauce and mix. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
  5. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
