INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb shrimp – peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup garlic – minced
- 3-4 squeezes of lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- White rice for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Toss shrimp in flour, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper.
- Heat pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
- Once oil is heated, add shrimp in a single layer and brown on both sides.
- Stir in butter and garlic and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 mnute.
- Add squeezes of lemon and more salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve over white rice.
