INGREDIENTS:

– 1 can of crescent rolls

– ½ lb ground beef or thinly sliced sirloin

– ½ cup shredded cheese

– ½ bell pepper (minced)

– ¼ onion (minced)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Sauté the veggies until soft. Remove from pan and cook beef until browned.

2. Roll out the crescent dough. Pinch the seams together so it’s one solid sheet.

3. Cut the dough into 24 pieces (3 horizontal cuts, 5 vertical cuts).

4. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.

5. Place dough into each slot and press it to the bottom and sides.

6. Top each dough with a ground beef, veggies and cheese.

6. Bake at 375 for 13 minutes.
