INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup cashew butter (or your favorite nut butter)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp almond flour
- 6 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cashew butter, maple syrup and ¼ tsp cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined (use your hands if needed).
- On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, form 6 cookies.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes.
