INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 4 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raspberries – mashed
  • Crushed graham crackers for topping

INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Combine top 4 ingredients and mix.
    2. In a cup, layer ricotta mix with mashed raspberries.
    3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    4. Top with graham crackers when serving.
