INGREDIENTS:

– 1 can of crescent rolls

– 1 ½ cups ground sausage – cooked

– ½ cup diced onions and peppers – sauteed

– ½ cup tomato sauce

– ½ cup shredded mozzarella

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the dough into 24 pieces (3 horizontal cuts, 5 vertical cuts).
  2. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place dough into each slot and press it to the bottom and sides.
  4. Top each dough with sausage, onions, peppers, tomato sauce then mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375 for 13 minutes.
